Three months ago, I designed a T-shirt for the Cardiff 10k. At the last minute, my friends pulled out, and I started to overthink everything. Anxiety got the better of me, and I didn’t end up entering the race.

But something unexpected happened — my wife saw the T-shirt and loved it. She convinced me to share it online, and just like that, My Mad Head was born.

Funny how the things that don’t go to plan sometimes lead to the best beginnings.
